After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will assign an order number to your order and this will be indicated in our confirmation email to you. It will be a great help to us if you reference your order number whenever you contact us about your order.
Order details pertaining to your delivery address and payment confirmation will be validated prior to shipment.
We will notify you if for some reason, we are unable to process your order. Sometimes this can occur because the product may be sold out; because we may have identified an error in the price or description of the product; may be due to unvalidated payment / delivery information or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Harmony Homeshop online website reserves the right to revoke any stated offer in order to correct any errors, descriptions, specifications, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card or mobile number account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Harmony Homeshop will issue a credit to your credit card/ mobile number account in the amount of the charge. We accept payment made with mobile money (MTN Momo, Vodafone Cash, Tigo/Airtel Cash); We also accept Visa/Master Card. Please note that you must pay for the products before we dispatch them to you.
Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of payment.

You will receive a notification from our shipping partner once your order is dispatched.
If a product is found to be defective or found not to be working as per the required specifications, the customer will be required to send an email to support@myharmonyhomeshop.com with details of the fault plus an attachment of proof of purchase. Kindly note that we are unable to accept returned products without prior notification from you. Any faulty/malfunctioning product you wish to return must be unused, complete, in ‘as new’ condition and re-packaged in the way you received it. Please note that returns/replacements do not cover any damage due to accident, transportation, misuse, negligence, natural disaster, humidity, rust, gradual deterioration due to wear and tear, cosmetic modification, drop damage, liquid damage, voltage damage, mishandling by unauthorized parties, or operation in a manner not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instruction manual.

You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination.
